How do I use the Luméra™ Sculpting Facial Brush?
Use gentle upward strokes on clean skin, starting from the neck and moving toward the jawline, cheeks, and forehead. Light pressure is all that’s needed. Use daily for a few minutes as part of your skincare ritual to support circulation and natural radiance.
How do I use the Luméra™ Vitality Comb?
The Luméra™ Vitality Comb is designed for versatile use across the scalp, face, and neck to help release tension and support circulation.
Scalp massage: Using the multi-tooth side, start at the forehead and gently glide the comb toward the back of the head. Repeat across the left, centre, and right sections of the scalp about 15-20 times each.
Eye area massage: Use the double-tooth edge to gently glide across the bridge of the nose and around the eye area.
Neck and body tension: Use the smooth curved edge to gently massage the neck or other areas of tension.
Facial sculpting: The deeper curved edge can be used along the jawline and cheeks to support lifting and circulation.
Always use light pressure. The massage should feel comfortable and relaxing, not painful, and should never break the skin.
How do I use the Luméra™ Meridian Press?
Start with clean, dry ears to ensure the patches adhere properly (applying after a shower is ideal). Download the Luméra™ ear guide in Product Description and identify the recommended acupoints based on your wellness goals. The correct spot may feel slightly tender when gently pressed.
Using tweezers, carefully remove a patch and place the bead directly onto the selected point, avoiding contact with the adhesive. Press firmly to secure. For best results, apply to the same points on both ears and gently press the bead to activate stimulation.
