How do I use the Luméra™ Reach Body Brush?
Use on dry skin before showering. Begin at the feet and work upward in long, sweeping strokes along the legs, then from the hands toward the shoulders — always brushing toward the heart. The long handle lets you reach comfortably across the back and shoulders without straining. Use light pressure and gentle circular motions over the stomach. Follow with a shower and your favourite moisturiser to complete the ritual.
How often should I use the Luméra™ Reach Body Brush?
We recommend starting with two to three times a week, allowing your skin to adjust to the natural bristles. As your skin becomes accustomed, you may build up to daily use. A few minutes is all that is needed. Many customers find it a calming way to begin the morning, or just before showering.
